The decor at The Queens carries a charming local vibe with its quaint pub atmosphere and inviting seating areas. Accessibility was just right for my needs, with supportive staff ready to assist whenever required.
More comfortable seating options would be ideal.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to all the major attractions in town. The room was spacious and the bed provided a comfortable night's sleep. there were some noise disturbances from the pub downstairs which made it harder to rest at times. it was a decent stay for a single night.

great location but average amenities
The lady at the bar was incredibly helpful, offering local tips that enhanced my stay. The B&B is conveniently located near the center, making it easy to explore the area.
Amenities did not meet my expectations for the rate charged.

Had a lovely time with my two daughters, enjoying a comfy bed and a huge flatscreen TV. The cozy garden was a nice spot to unwind, and we did appreciate the great selection of toiletries. The only hiccup was the double bed made of two single mattresses, which felt a tad odd, but no big deal! 🌟

I enjoyed relaxing in the cozy garden area while my kids played nearby. We loved the live music at night! The place had a nice vibe, perfect for unwinding, even though the breakfast options could use a bit more variety. it was a great stay, but I wish there had been a bit more cleanliness in our room.

The location hits the mark, right in the heart of things, making it easy to stroll around. The room was spacious, featuring a cozy bed that offered decent comfort for a weary traveler.
Upon arrival, a private party blocked access, forcing us to use a back entrance and leaving us feeling a bit unwelcome. The smell of cigarettes in the room was a significant downside, making it hard to relax. The decor appeared dated, with wallpaper peeling and carpets needing a good clean. The bathroom had cleanliness issues, too, particularly around the corners, which made the overall atmosphere less than appealing. the noise from the beer garden and pub below kept me up at night, detracting from the overall experience.

We stayed at the pub for a night away, and the family room was spacious. The staff were super friendly, making us feel right at home. Being close to the town centre allowed us to explore easily and even enjoy a lovely breakfast during our stay.
In my wife’s opinion, the noise from the bar was a real downside. it made it tough for the kids to sleep.

great central spot for exploring shakespeare's town and parks
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in a small single room, which was perfect for a night of exploring, especially given its brilliant location just a few steps from the stunning Shakespeare's Birthplace and less than a 5-minute walk from the tranquil Bancroft Gardens where I soaked in the beautiful views. however, the room could definitely benefit from a bit more character to match the charm of the town.

A Charming Stay with Room for Improvement!
We enjoyed our family stay in a cozy room at this central location. It was a revelation to discover the lovely local eateries within walking distance. For evening snacks, I recommend checking out the nearby pub, but do confirm the opening times in advance to avoid any surprises!

Perfect Anniversary Surprise!
We had an amazing stay for our 20th anniversary! Roses were waiting for us in the room, and they even sent up a bottle of wine to celebrate. The room was cozy and bright. The bar area was lively, but it was a bit noisy at times. Still, we would totally come back for the awesome service!
